Aluminum print of anĀ oil paintingĀ that IĀ created in 2014.Ā On the Tri-Boro Bridge, taking a cab from LaGuardia into Manhattan, I grabbbed this image of another cab, layered with the glow of distant electric signs.Ā The bouncy ride on pot-holeĀ pavement made the blue white background and cab's yellow foreground swap places, visible along the roofline. The signature NYC cab-door graphic became a black half-circle. The cabbieās head hides behind a blue squiggle from the distant background.
