Wapiti is an original serigraph print in an edition of 250 (only 11 are left), It was made in 1979. It measures 20"x30" Elk are found is found in the prairies, plains and mountains of North America. Wapiti derives from the Shawnee language, meaning "white rump". I created a series of animal original serigraphs prints using geometry and the inspiration of constructivist art and modernist design.
