A very rare vintage poster from Robert Indiana's 1966 show at the Stable Gallery in New York City. This is the original silk-screened poster, 32”x24”. The pop art design of the word "love" was created first as a card in 1964. It became the Museum of Modern Art’s Christmas card design in 1965. Since then it has proliferated as a sculpture around the planet. I acquired this poster back in the sixties while working in Manhattan. It has been stored ever since. It is good condition, with limited, light scuffing, and no penetration of the ink surface. I have only one.
